Cookies & similar technologies

What we use today

• Essential session cookies — required for patient portal sign-in and security (for example, authentication with our identity provider). These are necessary for the service to work.
• No marketing analytics — this site does not currently load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar advertising trackers.
• Maps — we do not auto-load a Google Maps embed. If you choose “Show map” or open directions, Google may set its own cookies under its policies.
• Fonts — site fonts are served through our hosting stack (self-hosted via Next.js), not a classic third-party font CSS request that tracks you on every page view.

If we add analytics later

If we introduce optional analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this page and the Privacy notice, and where required we will ask for consent before non-essential cookies run.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent portal sign-in from working. See also our Privacy notice for how we handle personal information under PIPEDA and PHIPA.
